Fire and Ice: My First Afghan

I have recently finished my first crocheted afghan. I got the pattern from an Interweave Crochet magazine. I used a different color scheme from theirs and changed the border around it as well. I’m calling my afghan Fire and Ice in honor of one of my favorite websites - Fire and Ice: Puritan and Reformed Writings. Now I can be nice and cozy while I read Jonathan Edwards, Richard Baxter, or John Owen. How sweet is that?

I’ve started a new afghan but I haven’t named it yet. I’ll have to ponder that a bit…
